
Uplifting Our Girls, Inc.
From 2025 - 2026, I supported Uplifting Our Girls through strategic communications, digital outreach, and event promotion to expand the organization’s visibility and community engagement. I developed social media content and campaigns, managed advertising and analytics across platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and monitored performance metrics to inform outreach strategies.
I also drafted promotional and donor-facing messaging, created graphics and marketing materials for events such as donor brunches and speaker series, and developed partnership and corporate outreach materials.
Through this work, I helped strengthen relationships with supporters while amplifying the organization’s mission to empower young girls with the resources, education, and confidence they deserve.

I designed and managed the organization’s website, developing the layout, visuals, and content to ensure program information, events, and donation opportunities were clear, engaging, and aligned with the organization’s mission.

Graphic Design
I designed all promotional graphics and marketing materials for events, campaigns, partnerships, and donor engagement to visually communicate the organization’s mission and initiatives.

Social Media

Content Calendar Development & Management
I develop and manage Uplifting Our Girls’ monthly content calendar to ensure consistent, strategic messaging across all digital platforms. Each month, I plan and schedule social media posts aligned with key campaigns, programs, and events, while balancing educational, promotional, and community-focused content.
I also track performance and adjust the calendar as needed to keep engagement strong and messaging timely.

Email Marketing (Mailchimp)
I owned end-to-end email marketing for Uplifting Our Girls through Mailchimp, turning a mix of legacy contacts and newly built lists into a structured, high-functioning communications channel. My audience strategy spanned government officials, partners, donors, volunteers, and program participants, allowing for more intentional targeting across campaigns. I led the development and deployment of monthly newsletters, e-blasts, and event campaigns, including promotions for flagship initiatives like the UOG Donor Brunch.
Consistently driving open rates between 25–31% and click-through rates around 3–4%, I focused on improving engagement through segmentation, messaging clarity, and timing optimization. Beyond metrics, my work strengthened stakeholder relationships, increased event visibility, and created a more reliable pipeline for community and donor engagement.
